What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and enhance the in-store experience for Amazon devices across multiple retail locations
Conduct training sessions for retail sales associates on Amazon's portfolio of devices and services
Collect and analyze market insights to inform corporate decision-making
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in retail
Ensure proper merchandising and display maintenance for optimal customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3+ years of retail experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use
Ability to regularly lift or move up to 49 pounds and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more
Must be able to work a standard 40-hour workweek and maintain flexibility for evening and weekend events during peak seasons
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
6+ years of relevant work experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or high-tech products
Experience managing multiple retail accounts/locations
Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to large audiences
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
