Communicate and partner with the Site VP, Regional Director of Training, Regional Director of Recruiting, Site Recruiters, HR and other site trainers. Identify opportunities related to training, sales lines, and processes to implement positive change. Support the Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance. Maintain strong working knowledge of Owner & Non-Owner sales for Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations Club. Training Responsibilities
Deliver new-hire training curriculum in a classroom setting using the iPad. Facilitate 12‑week follow‑up training consistently. Conduct Reunite for Results within 45 days of graduating class. Ensure sales compliance online course and credit card training are completed during new-hire classes. Select 5 underperforming sales reps for JumpStart at the beginning of each month; work with them to improve VPG and close %. Report month‑end actions to the Regional Director of Training and ensure coaching, ongoing education, and topical trainings are facilitated regularly. Follow classes to the floor and T.O. behind all new hires; 50% of T.O. is 90 days or less and new hires are at 100% of budgeted VPG at 90 days. Keep sites up‑to‑date on all recently company‑approved collateral and train site leaders on new technology rollouts as a subject‑matter expert. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year successful Club Wyndham and/or WorldMark sales experience. Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations Club. Minimum 1 year sales management experience preferred. Proven track record with the ability to T.O. tables. Specialist Presenter experience preferred. Must obtain a real estate license or timeshare license in the state where you reside, if applicable. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus. Work schedule flexibility; travel will be required. Benefits
