Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Company Overview The Company is a renowned global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and products, aims to solidify its brand presence in the North American market.

Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales process from inquiry to contract execution. The role requires a deep understanding of HV transformer, Dead Tank Breaker and electrical equipment markets, as well as close coordination with internal engineering, logistics, and project management teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Manage customer accounts and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.

Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, bids, and quotations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, customer meetings, and product promotions.

Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the power or transformer industry.

Strong understanding of commercial contracts, bid processes, and customer management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Experience with U.S. utility, Renewable Energy Developer and EPC clients.

Strong technical understanding in transformers and power systems.

Proven experience collaborating with project management and cross‑functional teams through project completion.

Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
