We are seeking a part-time Hybrid Contract Psychotherapist to provide telehealth and in-person therapy services in Wyncote, PA. The role combines flexibility, a supportive practice culture, and the chance to work with a diverse client base.
Role and Compensation • Hybrid flexibility: work from home and visit our Wyncote, PA office.
• 1099 part‑time position earning $39.60‑$108.00 per hour, 60/40 split range.
• Administrative and billing support.
• Professional, confidential office environment.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities • Conduct high‑quality, compassionate mental‑health support for a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.
• Provide culturally sensitive care to BIPOC and LGBTQIA clients, delivering telehealth and in‑person sessions while adhering to ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, develop targeted treatment plans, and apply evidence‑based interventions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, attend team meetings, and participate in case consultations.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted mental health license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
2+ years post‑licensure experience providing therapy.
Demonstrated competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities.
Telehealth experience and comfort with virtual therapy platforms.
Malpractice insurance and eligibility for credentialing with insurance companies.
Availability in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized expertise (e.g., trauma‑informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy).
Experience in private practice or community mental‑health settings.
Bilingual communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check.
