Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly.
Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate estimates and timelines.
Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure quality service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (not required).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
