What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand and meet customer business goals

Develop a deep understanding of the employer's product offerings and technical capabilities

Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers to address their technical and business challenges

Act as a trusted advisor, providing industry expertise and insightful recommendations

Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience and successful solution implementation

What is Required (Qualifications)

Several years of solutions consulting experience in the HR tech, fintech, or software/technology industry

Familiarity with distributed employment models and global payroll is a plus

Proven ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations

Strong sales acumen with a good understanding of sales cycles and processes

Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills, with fluency in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Passion for remote work and a global outlook

Ability to communicate in an additional European language at business fluency

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate software solutions

Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and projects
