What is Required (Qualifications):
Several years of solutions consulting experience in the HR tech, fintech, or software/technology industry
Proven ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs and build rapport
Strong understanding of sales cycles and processes, with excellent sales acumen
Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong plus
