What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Schedule customer application appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators
Manage and distribute all management reports
Assist with routine and complex customer inquiries and problem resolution via phone or email
Act as the main contact for customers, collecting additional documentation as needed
Prepare files for submission to the Operations department
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of administrative or mortgage experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator at the employer
