Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Position Overview As a Manager, you will take on a hands-on, operational role within project teams, with a focus on delivery and execution. You will lead project workstreams, coordinate analyses, and ensure the smooth running of engagements, from problem structuring to client delivery.

This role is consulting and execution-driven, meaning you will be managing projects, data, and client deliverables. You will work closely with Partners and Directors to translate their strategic questions into concrete analyses and actionable insights, while supervising analysts and associates on specific assignments.

Typical missions include valuations, damages assessments, financial modelling, and M&A due diligence, each requiring precision, analytical rigor and concise synthesis in reports addressed to clients, courts or investors. No two projects are the same, you will be constantly challenged to bring clarity and structure to complex financial issues.

Key Responsibilities

Aims to autonomously manage a project of medium complexity (analysis, deliverable, time and budget)

Structures analyses to be carried out by the team and efficiently reviews the quality of the work performed, including for (technical) consistency and completeness

Identifies key issues arising during an engagement independently and develops his/her own solutions relating to main project issues or risks. Summarizes findings to the client/partner

Structures and drafts whole reports (or report sections on large engagements) and/or creates draft presentations

Actively coordinates junior resources and reports to the engagement partner

Manages client expectations and communications, including the engagement partner/ director whererequired

Actively provides support in training of analysts and associates on internal/external technical standards and industry developments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or accounting discipline.

4+ years of advisory experience in corporate finance, valuations, transaction and/or dispute situations

CPA highly preferred

Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail

Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to summarize (fluency in other languages is also desirable but not essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-confidence and humility: curious, enthusiastic and willing to learn

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (VBA and other programming skills are an advantage)
