Personal Lines Senior Account Manager . The
Personal Lines Senior Account Manager
will provide support to the producers, provide additional insight for accounts and/or carriers while following the new and renewal business protocols. The
PL Senior Account Manager
will also train, coach and delegate work to the team while overseeing their performance and maintaining strategic relationships with carriers.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers, colleagues and supervisors on the phone and in person with a high level of professionalism and respect
Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with clients and within the agency
Manage multiple books of business with minimal supervision
Delegate routine duties to prescribed teammates
Document performance and work with AVP to resolve performance issues
Ensure all renewal proposals are delivered to the producer a minimum of 30 days prior to renewal date
Review and process all assigned documents within the prescribed processing times, confirming documents are true and accurate at the time of processing
Review production reports for the maintained book of business
Provide guidance to teammates on Proposal of Coverage documents
Ensure all agency-billed policies and endorsements are processed according to procedure, following up on past‑due amounts when applicable
Coordinate and/or provide coaching, problem‑solving solutions, and procedural and systems training to any member of the Commercial Lines Department
Build and maintain a positive working relationship with team and producers, having critical conversations when required
Conduct monthly team meetings to engage team in customer touch points and document interactions appropriately

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Punctual with a strong attendance history
High School diploma or GED
5+ years of industry‑specific experience preferred
Must possess and maintain a Personal Lines insurance license
Must obtain and maintain a professional designation relevant to the position
