Sales and Business Development Manager (M/F) – 100 %

You will:

Be the face of DEC in the Swiss German region

Your mission is to build long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities, and represent our expertise in aseptic, biotech, and continuous process support

Drive business development in the Swiss German market, focusing on life sciences customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in chemical, pharma and biotech companies

Understand client challenges and translate them into tailored DEC solutions

Represent DEC at industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms

Collaborate closely with our engineering and project management teams to ensure high client satisfaction

Contribute to DEC’s growth strategy by expanding our footprint in the region

Your profile

Proven experience in

sales or business development

within life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical engineering

Strong understanding of the

Swiss German market

and its key players

Technical or commercial background (engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, or equivalent)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly

Fluent in

German

and

English ; Swiss German dialect is a plus

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel within the region
