We’re looking for a tech-savvy Product Specialist to own and grow our hardware portfolio. You’ll identify opportunities, launch innovative products, define pricing, and enable sales and partners to succeed, all while making a real impact in the business technology space.
Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B technical sales or product management, working with electronics products, IT hardware, or technical solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field.
Experience with product lifecycles, pricing, and building business cases
Basic understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, telecoms, and solution-based selling

Build and manage an integrated B2B product catalogue with focus on Hardware.
Identify and onboard new Hardware categories for Business Customers.
Lead market assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Develop new product concepts that combine hardware + connectivity + security.
Build business cases and financial models for new offerings.
Define pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies.
Create enablement materials for Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
Work with GTM teams to launch products successfully.Act as the central point for product decisions.
Ensure consistent customer experience across all sales channels.
Drive standardisation of SLAs, support models, and value propositions.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal on product governance.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and profitability.
Optimise existing services (pricing, channel, cost structure).
Retire/sunset low-performing or legacy products across portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement by gathering customer and sales insights.
