Training Event Coordinator – Indianapolis, IN (Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire) Pay:
$26.00 – $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do As a Training Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our nationwide training programs by coordinating logistics, supporting instructors and participants, and ensuring each event runs smoothly.
Plan and manage all training event logistics — including scheduling, registration, lodging, meals, transportation, and activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for students, instructors, and host sites before, during, and after events.
Partner with internal departments and external vendors to secure equipment, materials, meals, and accommodations.
Oversee communication timelines, confirmations, and updates for all attendees and stakeholders.
Track budgets, maintain event documentation, and compile post-event reports and feedback.
Ensure events meet company standards for professionalism, hospitality, and safety.
Support a welcoming, organized, and positive learning environment.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in event coordination, training administration, corporate events, or hospitality management.
Strong customer service and servant‑leadership mindset—friendly, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and event planning tools.
Comfortable working with vendors, clients, and multiple teams.
Experience in construction, skilled trades, or technical training preferred but not required.
Ability to travel occasionally for on‑site training events.
