What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prepare and process product changes supporting filing projects and compliance schedules
Collaborate with carrier partners and the Product Compliance team to ensure accurate product filings
Research and interpret state requirements for product filings, ensuring compliance with regulations
Serve as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for carrier partners
Maintain documentation and assist in resolving state objections and compliance issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Knowledge and experience in Personal Auto Insurance products
Familiarity with SERFF and public company requirements, including Sarbanes‑Oxley regulations
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external partners
Ability to prioritize workload and achieve filing submissions production goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with filing documents for insurance products
Proactive and critical thinker with a keen attention to detail
Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the insurance industry
