Norm Reeves Honda . You’re responsible for creating a super
Norm Reeves Honda
service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
We are looking for a Service Advisor with previous experience in a high-volume service department. For immediate consideration, please email kiana.hernandez@normreeves.com.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
Offer solutions and added services to guests
Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
Process monetary transactions
What You’ll Need
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Creative, positive, team player attitude
Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
