Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Insurance Broker with at least 3 years of B2B sales in the employee benefits space. This role will provide expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the employee benefits insurance landscape. Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to clients on employee benefits insurance programs and navigate complex landscapes. Develop and maintain relationships with clients; build rapport and trust. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored benefits solutions. Qualifications

Proven experience and success as an insurance broker focused on employee benefits. A strong understanding of employee benefits products. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; able to evaluate complex insurance plans and identify cost-saving opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the employee benefits space. Compensation & Benefits
