Real Estate Lending Associate (Mid-Level) Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full‑time employment opportunity for Real Estate Lending Associates in the New York and Charlotte offices. Qualifications

4–6 years of experience representing financial institutions specializing in real estate and asset‑based lending, specifically loan origination.

Experience representing developers in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of real estate and other forms of collateral is a plus.

Must be a member of the NY or NC State Bar (or able to waive into NC).

Excellent academic credentials.

Strong communication and client service skills.

Ability to multi‑task and manage time to meet deadlines and complete projects.

Compensation The expected pay range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
