WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Our Assistant Property Manager is the bridge between our tenants and our property management team, ensuring residents' needs are met and all leasing requirements are fulfilled. You will need a personable and helpful attitude with a knack for solving problems and a heart for customer service.

Responsibilities

Quickly and professionally respond to phone, email, and in-person leasing questions.

Schedule and lead property showings.

Complete prospective tenant applications, gather required documents, and perform basic screenings.

Coordinate apartment move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance as needed.

Follow up with tenants to ensure maintenance services are fully completed.

Property Management Support

Prepare residential and commercial leases.

Present lease renewals for review and approval.

Collect, post, and forward rent, security deposits, and other payments.

Refine existing policies and implement new procedures.

Communicate with owners about maintenance requests, project estimates, and contractor scheduling.

Administrative Reporting

Update tenant records in our property management system.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.

Complete data entry for tenants, owners, transactions, and property records.
