360 Behavioral Health invites you to join our high‑impact revenue cycle team as a Payment Posting Specialist. In this role you will ensure accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments and charges, supporting our operations and client care.

Position Summary The Payment Posting Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments and charges received daily. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Professionalism, confidentiality and strong communication skills are essential to success.
What You’ll Do
Accurately post transactions (payments and adjustments) from electronic remittances, paper checks, EOBs and patient portals.
Follow the department’s payment reconciliation process with precision.
Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and turnaround time.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards.
Maintain error rates in alignment with department expectations.
Respond to internal and external calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Support administrative tasks and assist team members as needed.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of medical billing or payment posting experience.
Strong ability to interpret EOBs and EOPs from major payors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly detail‑oriented, reliable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS and ICD‑10 coding.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
