Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Location & Employment Naples, Florida – Onsite, Full‑time
Expectations
A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline
Familiarity with all phases of project deliverables
Foundational knowledge of project design and construction documentation
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft, and Lumion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful, detail‑oriented, motivated to learn, and possess strong problem‑solving abilities
Collaborative, professional, and team‑oriented work ethic
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare detailed drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents, including sketches, renderings, BIM models, graphics, details, sections, elevations, and schedules
Exercise creative judgment and design application skills
Contribute to design presentations and participate in client meetings as needed
Compile data, perform design computations, and support production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins
Perform site analysis, calculations, and surveys of existing conditions and field measurements
Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team
Utilize strong technical skills in Revit and other design application software
Complete fulfilling work and continue to learn along the way
Assist with coordination among team members and consultants
Prepare Construction Administration documentation under supervision of an Architect or Senior Architect
Self‑check work for accuracy, completeness, legibility, and compile in accordance with MHK standards
Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pinups
Communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires and empowers others
