Its work is based on three fundamental pillars: quality of service, environmental sustainability, and inter-institutional cooperation.### **Job Description**You will use your administrative management skills to assist the Head of Department and the Customer Manager, with the aim of ensuring impeccable administrative service within the site.### **Key missions*** You receive orders by phone, email and fax, and prepare order forms and delivery slips.* You prepare the invoices according to the purchase orders and enter the necessary data for invoicing.* You manage the cash register and ensure the entry of temporary employees' hours into the time management system.### **One-off assignments*** You scan and save incoming and outgoing mail on the document management software (DMS).* You make suggestions for improvement in the areas of quality and hygiene.### **Desired profile*** You hold a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a commercial employee.* You have experience in telephone reception/answering and invoicing.* You are autonomous, organized, with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.### **We offer you*** A dynamic working environment within a high-quality public service.* Ongoing training to support your professional development.* An activity rate of 60% for a work-life balance.### **Schedules*** Working days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday* Opening hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
