Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing organization. The position involves managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, supporting client retention, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to overall organizational goals.

Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed
Provide strong customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-dated records of client interactions and account details
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients
Assist with administrative tasks related to account management as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
Proficiency with agency management software and standard insurance industry tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Experience in a similar role is preferred
