An established and reputable organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager or Account Executive to join its team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including construction, contractors, HOAs, condos, and real estate. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a strong emphasis on work‑life balance and community involvement.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
Senior Account Manager: $80,000 - $100,000
Account Executive: $100,000 - $120,000

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of middle to large market commercial accounts.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
Collaborate with producers and oversee an assistant to ensure efficient account management.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in industries such as construction, real estate, and property management.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong background in construction accounts.
Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
