Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role is integral to the growth strategy and involves managing a generalist book of middle-market commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Property & Casualty insurance, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset. This position offers a collaborative and performance-driven work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation Package
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Work Arrangement: On-site with the option for hybrid work (2 days remote per week)
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a generalist book of middle-market commercial lines accounts (Property & Casualty)
Handle A-Z account management, including quoting new and renewal business
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and placement resources, to ensure client satisfaction
Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation
Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; 3+ years preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software or similar platforms
Soft Skills:
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
Self-motivated and confident in decision-making
Collaborative and team-oriented approach
