Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and professional
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic and fast‑growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to middle market, with occasional large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
New Business Commission: 20% split for new business
401(k): 4% company match
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end servicing of a generalist book of business, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial insurance policies
Handle quoting for new and renewal business
Cross‑sell additional insurance products to existing clients (not a sales‑focused role)
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience
Proficiency in EPIC software is required
Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A go‑getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
