You'll provide confidential, in-person short-term solution-focused counseling to employees as part of our Employee Assistance Program. Location: Kershaw, SC 29067 (Onsite) Schedule: Tuesdays, 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM Hours: 4 hours per week Start Date: January 2026 Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension Parking: Complimentary onsite parking provided## Ideal Candidate:* Experience with short-term, solution-focused counseling* A confident communicator who connects authentically with employees* A self-starter with a proactive mindset and drive to make a difference## What You Bring:The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and organized. They enjoy versatility and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency. Structured in their approach, they know how to prioritize responsibilities and maintain a high level of performance in all activities.### Required Qualifications:* Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience* Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision (LP, LPC, LCP, LMFT, LISW (Clinical))* Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregateWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
