About the Team The Stripe Community Team brings businesses together to exchange strategies, form valuable relationships, and discover new ways to succeed with, and beyond, Stripe.
What You’ll Do The Community Enablement Manager will create content and initiatives to enable Stripe Community Builders, passionate Stripe users who launch and lead the groups that make up the Stripe Community. They will resource Community Builders at scale to help them foster strong communities and engage those communities around Stripe’s products.
Responsibilities
Craft resources that help Stripe Community Builders engage their communities around key Stripe products and messages, partnering closely with cross‑functional partners like Product Marketing and Communications.
Develop initiatives that coach Community Builders to increase their knowledge of Stripe and stay up‑to‑date on our latest launches.
Create and own ongoing touchpoints that support and enable Community Builders at scale, such as newsletters or virtual events.
Empower and support Stripe employees to participate in community events and represent Stripe.

Minimum Requirements
Experience creating enablement or educational content and resources.
Comfortable communicating about technical or fintech topics.
Experience deploying education at scale (audience 100+) with the goal of mobilizing the audience to take intended action.
Excel at cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with Product and/or Product Marketing teams.
Experience crafting educational materials across a variety of media and love experimenting with new engagement methods.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or passion for Community Management, especially in an enablement or content function within a brand’s community organization.
Crafted enablement materials and strategies for an external audience (not just internal), especially startups and small businesses.
Hybrid Work at Stripe This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
In‑Office Expectations Office‑assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.
Working Remotely at Stripe A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 km) or more from one of our offices. Employees can come into the office for meetings and events, but the expectation is regular remote work. Stripe does not cover relocation costs.
Pay and Benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $115,500 – $173,300. Pay may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
