You're someone who shows up with solutions, keeps jobs moving forward, and doesn’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed. QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret and implement project plans, specs, soil reports, and estimates
Build and execute efficient construction plans for roadway, sitework, and structural elements
Accurately calculate materials, equipment, and crew needs for assigned phases
Lead and supervise crews and subs with clear direction and professionalism
Track and report daily production, solve on-site challenges, and maintain progress
Uphold top-tier standards in safety, quality, and productivity
Collaborate with the project management team to report on job progress
Operate within and supervise GPS Topcon Base/Rover systems for grade control
Perform and direct layout work, including pad layout, over-ex, and subgrade prep
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, MAG specs, ADA standards, and other relevant codes
MUST HAVES
Strong communication and leadership skills
Growth mindset and a team-first attitude
Blueprint and plan-reading expertise
Solid grasp of grading, earthwork materials, tools, and methods
Ability to solve problems calmly and constructively
Respect for every team member’s role on the jobsite
Must have clean driving record
