We’re seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized
Production Coordinator
to support our Dallas operations. This role is a key hub between Customer Service, Production, Sales, and Logistics — ensuring orders move accurately and efficiently from entry through fabrication and delivery.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary liaison between
Customer Service, Production, Sales, and Logistics
to keep job information accurate and aligned
Coordinate production workflows and support scheduling to meet required timelines
Review and interpret
work orders, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
with high accuracy
Procure materials required for projects (glass, interlayers, spacers, sealants, hardware as applicable), ensuring correct
quantities, specs, and timing
Track job status, updates, and key changes so production always runs on the most current information
Manage communication for
change orders, RFIs, and revised drawings
(documentation control / version tracking)
Assist in resolving job issues (material shortages, spec conflicts, missing details) by coordinating across departments quickly and clearly
Support daily/weekly production check-ins with status updates and action tracking
Maintain organized records and follow internal processes, quality standards, and documentation requirements

(fewer preventable remakes and delays)
Materials arrive
on time and to spec
Changes are documented and communicated fast — no one runs off outdated drawings
Production + logistics stay unblocked because details are proactively handled
Qualifications Required
Strong reading comprehension and comfort working with technical documents (shop drawings, specs, work orders)
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
Preferred
Prior
CSR experience
in glass, glazing, construction, or manufacturing
Experience coordinating production in a fabrication environment (glass/IGU/tempered/laminated a plus)
Proficiency with tools like
Excel, Outlook, Teams
and ability to learn ERP/production systems quickly (e.g., [FeneVision/LiSEC/other])
Familiarity with documentation control and change management
