We are seeking a

Recruiting Manager

in our Norcross, GA office to lead the full recruitment process and oversee branch operations. This role is responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing recruitment teams, developing growth strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, tracking performance, and delivering high-quality service.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure prompt, professional response to candidate, employee, and client inquiries

Oversee timely and accurate employee time entries, payroll submissions, and compliance with labor laws

Manage drug screens, background checks, and other compliance requirements

Drive results aligned with company goals and maintain high-quality service delivery

Employee Management and Recruitment

Lead and supervise branch staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety protocols

Conduct daily meetings and oversee branch operations

Address staff concerns, coach team members, and enforce accountability

Lead full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates

Ensure flawless execution of applicant tracking, onboarding, and client profile management

Drive branch performance to achieve full‑time employment profitability goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Marketing) or 3+ years combined leadership, management, and/or recruiting experience

2+ years prior supervision experience with hands‑on management

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Strong multi‑tasking, attention‑to‑detail, and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software; familiarity with AI platforms a plus

Ability to travel for client check‑ins, career fairs, and other events

PHR or SPHR certification, preferably

PMP or Six Sigma certification a plus, preferably

Candidates must be

fluent in both Spanish and English . This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
