HR Manager . This is a
DIRECT HIRE
opportunity which requires in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.
Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
Oversee payroll
Handle benefits administration
Develop HR policies and procedures
Manage sourcing and recruitment
Establish performance management programs
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Must be able to manage 1 late day shift (1p - 9p) each week.
Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
SHRM Certified Professional preferred
Experience in Paycom is preferred
Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
Must possess strong problem-solving skills
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
