Adhere to General Work Requirements
Analyzes complex business situations with the department and research alternative solutions.
Manage, Design and implement process change management process, including the governance required to ensure adherence to improvement efforts across the applicable site
Manage, Design and implement process change management, for example, business case development, process implementation training, process mapping, team development
Support the development of process strategies for improvement/enhancements across the business unit working process center teams to foster strategic alignment, including the use of the house of quality to ensure alignment
Support process development and teams integrating objectives for business unit success
Assist the leadership with improving the overall decision-making structure and processes of process change management meetings for the applicable site to ensure adherence to process governance
Lead the working level process improvement teams in developing improvement projects for cost, schedule and quality improvements, for example, funding, schedule, and expected results for individual process initiatives
How to thrive in this role?
Typically, 8 years of proven experience in process management improvement.
Previous process-based management experience in Aerospace
Thorough knowledge of Quality Management System, Organization & Methods Systems, Organizational Development, and Process Workflow Analysis, preferably within the aerospace or a related industry
Working knowledge of terminology and functionality of logistics / spares distribution techniques and processes preferably related to aerospace industry
Thorough knowledge and experience implementing lean manufacturing, basic manufacturing improvements, Six Sigma, and process-based management re-engineering Including Six Sigma, ISO 18001, ISO 14000, ISO9001 methodologies and DMAIC philosophies
Working knowledge of business management and administration principles and theory
Working knowledge of logistics / spares distribution processes and techniques
Working knowledge and a proven track record of successful process-based management, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma processes and tools implementation
