The Role The primary role of the Performance Analyst – Franchise EAME is to provide timely, actionable insights that improve portfolio revenue performance across EAME franchise hotels. The Performance Analyst turns data into actionable intelligence, focus on key performance indicators and key behaviour indicators to improve hotels’ performance. They will collaborate with franchise operators and internal teams to optimize RevPAR, TRevPAR, channel mix, direct channel contribution, loyalty contribution, while elevating data quality and self-serve analytics. They will support franchise hotels’ forecasting and establish a measurable test‑and‑learn cadence (clear baselines, hypotheses, impact reads) to sharpen forecast accuracy. The tasks of the Performance Analyst Franchise will range from technical system issues across various Commercial Services functions, to providing advanced knowledge-based materials and strategy for both trouble shooting and driving brand contribution. This role will also be responsible for proactively using data to help action hotel performance across each Commercial Services function.
Daily support of all EAME franchise properties in handling commercial programs activation & implementation questions coming from operators and hotel commercial leadership.
Provide recommendations on programming and how to implement best practices to improve performance.
Drive brand contribution by using data and analytics from various data analytics insights to identify trends and opportunities in underperforming hotels and portfolios.
Analyze and leverage a mix of Hyatt’s proprietary tools to support hotel & operator grow their Key Performance Indicators and Key Behaviour Indicators.
Schedule the cadence of hotel/cluster/portfolio reviews with the Director of Revenue & Performance - Franchise: set agendas, prepare materials, surface performance gaps vs. budget/index, and document clear actions with owners and due dates.
Develop and evolve dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/ThoughtSpot) with clear definitions and single-source-of-truth KPIs; automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort. Measure impact of initiatives in Franchise hotels(offers, visibility campaigns, loyalty member rate, packages, upsell) and report ROI.
Translate complex analysis into crisp insights and recommendations tailored for hotel teams, owners, and senior leadership.

Required Skills 4+ years of hotel commercial services management experience
Experience with industry tools required (TravelClick Suite, Tableau, Thoughspot, Ideas, Power BI)
Data-driven with experience in revenue analytics platforms and performance storytelling.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous franchise management company experience preferred
On-property hotel experience preferred
Education and Expertise: Bachelor’s degree preferred
