What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide legal support in areas such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, litigation production, and legal invoicing
Respond to legal questions and provide compliance direction in coordination with various teams
Collaborate with the in-house legal team, outside counsel, vendors, and other business units
Exercise independence and discretion in handling confidential data and senior-level contacts
Manage and prepare documents for litigation management and e-Discovery processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in litigation management and e-Discovery, including document redactions
Knowledge of contract review, particularly confidentiality agreements
Ability to operate computer programs and communicate effectively in various formats
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal environment
Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved school
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma)
