What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assist with the intake and triage of legal requests to ensure efficient routing and tracking.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the legal department for support.

Manage responses to subpoenas and government inquiries, including document review.

Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate customer communications regarding legal matters.

Support the legal team in negotiating commercial agreements and managing compliance initiatives.

What is Required (Qualifications)

Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience with 7-10 years in a law firm or in-house legal department, particularly in technology.

Experience with eDiscovery, legal holds, and document management.

Strong project management and organizational skills with a history of operational improvements.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to draft clear legal documents.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
