Drive & Deliver – Operate 16–26ft box trucks safely and responsibly, following all DOT and company guidelines. Lead the Move – Take charge of the moving process, ensuring items are loaded, transported, and unloaded with care and efficiency. Protect & Pack – Wrap and secure furniture and household items to prevent damage in transit. Be the Face of All Star – Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and customer-focused service at every touchpoint. Support & Mentor – Help train newer team members and keep the crew motivated and organized on-site. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in residential or commercial moving (minimum 6 months preferred) Experience driving box trucks (16–26ft); valid driver’s license required Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly) Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical (if needed) Strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills Why Join All Star?
