Account Manager – Albuquerque, New Mexico
Location: USA The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. The role includes managing the entire sales process: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products with the Marketing team, building relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. The Account Manager also conducts peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and performs additional tasks as requested by their manager. The Territory – Central: one Account Manager for each of the following locations: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico; or El Paso, Texas. The Territory – East Central: one Account Manager for Harrisburg or Allen Town, Pennsylvania. The Territory – Northeast: one Account Manager for New Jersey, Boston area, Washington, D.C., and Richmond, Virginia. The Territory – Pacific: one Account Manager for Sacramento, California; Los Angeles, California; Las Vegas, Nevada or Salt Lake City, Utah. The Territory – South Central: one Account Manager for Houston, Texas and Arkansas. The Associate Director is responsible for key aspects of pharmaceutical development of AeroFact (biologic surfactant) or Synthsurf (synthetic surfactant). Duties include stage‑appropriate product development, manufacturing process optimization, scale‑up, and product characterization to support pre‑clinical and clinical studies. The role establishes and operates an in‑house development laboratory, leads formulation and process development of lipid/peptide formulations, collaborates with process engineers, analytical scientists, and lab technicians, and leads scale‑up and technology transfer to CDMOs. Clinical Application Specialist – South India
Department: Commercial‑APAC – Location: India The Clinical Application Specialist provides clinical education and support for Aerogen nebulizer products in hospital accounts within the designated India region. The role collaborates with the Commercial Director, team members, and stakeholders to optimize customer experience, maximize sales, and gain market share. Responsibilities include supporting revenue growth by delivering ongoing customer training and education, influencing practice and adopting the full Aerogen solution and product portfolio, and partnering closely with the Account/Territory Manager. Department: Pharmaceutical – Location: California, USA Establishes and maintains a state‑of‑the‑art formulation development laboratory. Works with the analytical development laboratory manager to develop commercially viable lipid‑peptide and lipid‑protein multi‑laminar vesicle formulations (MLVs). The role includes hands‑on lab work, mentorship, managing direct reports, and collaborating with external GMP testing and manufacturing partners to meet quality and regulatory standards.
