Job Description Summary The Biomed Leader is responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites. Activities include preventive and remedial maintenance, managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering. The role plans and executes activities within standard functional practices and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for customers in the assigned region, providing timely and satisfactory resolution of support concerns.
Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers.
Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy and strategy.
Use judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance.
Provide informal guidance to new team members.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in the Job Family Group / Function.
Desired Characteristics
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Established project management skills.
