As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider for businesses ranging from 1–5,000 employees, we are seeking our next Emerging Market Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building consultative client relationships, and working one‑to‑one with our clients to identify their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can help meet those needs in our small business 1‑49 employee marketplace.

What YOU will be doing

Grow

and

Develop

meaningful relationships with existing clients to identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Acquire, Build ,

Nurture

and close sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process.

Innovate

and

Create

opportunities through your current network (social selling).

Collaborate

with a variety of internal resources while working with external stakeholders and partners, including brokers, CPAs, bankers and clients.

Network

and

Cold Call

over the phone with key individuals and centers of influence to cultivate referral relationships.
