Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)

Construction Management experience

Experience with analyzing and managing contractor safety plans and site-specific orientations

Experience with reviewing and managing technical project documentation, including permits, road use agreements, crossing agreements, SWPPP, and drawings

Experience with safety assessments and documentation using Unifier

Experience with tracking project progress and approving CSU project tracking spreadsheets

Experience with managing 3rd party resources, including environmental teams, safety teams, and land agents

Experience with independent data collection and high-accuracy reporting for executive-level review

Experience with managing commercial contract disputes through accurate documentation and change order tracking

Experience with coordinating outages and crossings in conjunction with contractors

Preferred

Experience with developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with contractors to ensure schedule and quality compliance

Experience with utilizing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines to solve technical problems

Experience with material management and expediting delivery schedules

Experience with P-6 contractor schedules

Responsibilities

Act as the primary field-level lead responsible for project success and coordination between the site and Project Management

Conduct independent data collection and ensure all reports and trackers are 100% accurate and submitted by weekly deadlines

Manage contractor safety performance by enforcing safety plans and conducting regular safety assessments in Unifier

Review and interpret complex project documents, including engineering drawings, permits, and quality specifications to ensure compliance

Monitor environmental constraints and SWPPP compliance, serving as the sole point of contact between the environmental team and contractors

Track project progress and Approve the CSU to ensure the tracking spreadsheet remains accurate for management review

Competitively manage additional resources, including land agents and expeditors, to resolve issues regarding land agreements and material deliveries
