Information Technology / Telecommunications UX Product Owner (onsite) Temp Project 13909 Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Hybrid, 1-3 days remote Required Experience managing cross-functional and multiple collaborative projects in a dynamic environment; Experience signing off on front-end deliverables, user stories, UAT, and production releases; Experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud projects; Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Agile and/or UX certifications. Responsibilities Own the user experience, champion user needs and ensure alignment with business goals; Work with stakeholders and IT partners to manage scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables; Facilitate design reviews and sign off on front-end deliverables and user acceptance testing (UAT); Participate in daily stand-ups and backlog grooming sessions as a critical member of agile teams; Maintain project documentation and trackers for ongoing deliverables; Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and feasibility; Validate that solutions meet Service Cloud best practices and compliance standards.
