Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Qualifications Candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works, plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years.

Candidate experience must include:

Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final

Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects

Candidate design skills should include:

Grading

Utilities and drainage

Earthwork evaluations.

AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience required.

Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the state of Nevada are a plus.

A good driving record is a must.
