Rick Engineering Company (RICK) is seeking a confident, entry‑level design engineer to join our Civil Design Division for our Riverside office. As an Assistant Civil Engineering Designer in Riverside, CA, you will work with a multi‑disciplinary team on meaningful, landmark projects in the Inland Empire region, helping clients and communities turn their dreams into reality while learning from industry‑leading experts.
Base pay range $35.00/hr - $41.50/hr
Responsibilities Assist in the design, drafting, and analysis of civil projects, collaborating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams on tasks related to land development.
Qualifications
BSCE (preferred)
Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam (FE) preferred or equivalent work experience of four years in land development.
Completed coursework in Transportation and highway engineering, Hydrology, hydraulics, and Surveying.
Experience with CADD (plus).
A good driving record.
