Director of Development – Major Gifts . This role is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors.
Position is based in
Memphis, Tennessee , and relocation is offered.
Responsibilities
Oversee planning and implementation of major gift initiatives.
Manage donor engagement strategies from identification through recognition.
Collaborate across departments to align fundraising goals with institutional priorities.
Contribute to development and evaluation of annual and long-term strategic plans.
Promote effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders.
