Requirements
2+ years of commercial property management experience (strongly preferred).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
High attention to detail and excellent follow‑through.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations, inspections, and maintenance.
Serve as primary contact for tenants, vendors, and officials.
Manage leases, service requests, contracts, and vendor performance.
Coordinate construction, capital projects, and inspections.
Handle budgets, cash flow, receivables, and legal matters.
Supervise on‑site staff and respond to after‑hours emergencies.
Promote a collaborative team environment and follow company policies.
