Brokerage Coordinator – Cushman & Wakefield

This is a 40 hours/week full‑time position. The Brokerage Coordinator reports to the Senior Operations Manager and supports the fee‑earner and/or team. The role involves managing client service activities such as pitch and proposals, transaction support, and fee‑earner administrative support. It requires coordinating with various departments to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

Manage the database and oversee the content creation process regarding timelines and production cycles. Coordinate with Marketing, Research, and Finance Analysts to create pitches/proposals and deliver content as needed. Populate template market documents such as tour books, property flyers, and brochures. Create or assist with the production and design of marketing collateral (e.g., pitch presentations, proposals, flyers, brochures, e‑blasts, event invitations, floor plans, stacking plans). Abstract leases and draft proposals under direction of supervising C&W real‑estate professional. Compile information for periodic landlord leasing activity reports. Organize transaction documents—confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents—for deal submission. Maintain client contact lists and database management. Prepare expense reports, schedule meetings, and book travel. Background and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred. 3+ years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience. Administrative experience supporting executive‑level professionals preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Salesforce a plus. Ability to transition to full‑time within three months of starting. Competencies

Hourly rate: $26.56 – $31.25 (based on experience, location, and collective bargaining agreements). Compliant with minimum wage.
