Location The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood. With over 700 rooms and 200,000 square feet of banquet space, it is a luxury LXR hotel & resort by Hilton.
Position: In‑Room Dining Coordinator We are seeking a full‑time In‑Room Dining Coordinator to answer telephones and take guest food and beverage orders in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities
Answer room service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu, including restaurant promotions, specials, and how menu items are prepared.
Upsell food and beverage items such as sides, dessert, beverages and special promotion items.
Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in the appropriate point‑of‑sale system.
Reconcile check upon delivery of order including verifying check totals, gratuity disbursement and managing cash drawer and house bank in accordance with established accounting guidelines.
Schedule Full‑time with availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Work schedule is Sunday – Thursday.
Qualifications
Basic math skills.
Good telephone etiquette and good handwriting skills.
Work well under pressure, detail‑oriented and capable of multi‑tasking.
