The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' waterslide.
Instagram, Facebook What you will have an opportunity to do:The **In-Room Dining Busperson** is responsible for returning room service equipment from guest floors and public areas of hotel via a cart to appropriate ware washing area in order to keep public areas presentable. Also, sort / clean tables and trays so equipment is available for future orders.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Retrieve room service equipment (including but not limited to trays, linen and trash) from guest floors, foyers and public areas, lifting, loading and carrying trays weighing up to 50 lbs., or pushing wheeled carts to sort items at ware wash area.* Clean tables and trays being careful not to break or damage any tableware. Return condiments and other equipment to proper storage areas.* Assist food servers in setting up trays and tables so as to be ready for incoming orders.* Restock necessary supplies for efficient guest service.EDUCATIONHigh School diploma or equivalent, preferredEXPERIENCEPrior food and beverage / busperson experience, preferredLICENSES OR CERTIFICATESFood Handler Card, preferred**Compensation:**-Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
