Compensation:
$175K - $300K DOE

CPA w/ 15+ years of Public Accounting Experience, Individual, Trusts, & Estates experience

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Partner/Principal to lead our Individual, Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance, along with the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients in managing their tax obligations and estate planning needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Individual, Trusts & Estates tax practice.
Provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning strategies for individuals, trusts, and estates.
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their tax and estate planning needs.
Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns for clients.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in tax-related matters.
Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations affecting individual and estate taxation.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning, specifically in individual, trusts, estates.
Master of Science in Taxation (MST) preferred.
Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
