About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Account Executive
to drive enterprise revenue growth by selling our CDP to large, sophisticated organizations. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building deep client relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to help define sales processes in a scaling company.
You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through closing and expansion—while partnering closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close
Sell a complex, value-based CDP solution to large organizations and enterprise stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with senior marketing, data, and technology leaders
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
Maintain an accurate and disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to product and leadership teams
Contribute to the evolution of sales strategy, messaging, and best practices as the company scales
Qualifications & Experience
5–8 years of professional sales experience , with a strong emphasis on enterprise sales
Proven experience selling
marketing technology , SaaS, or data-driven platforms
Prior experience selling to
large organizations
with complex buying committees
Familiarity with
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
or adjacent technologies (MarTech, AdTech, data platforms)
Strong relationship-building skills with a willingness to meet clients
in person
Previous experience working at a
startup or high-growth company
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
